Every day, I meet at least one new person. When they ask me, 'Where are you from?' and I answer 'Spain,' the reaction is always one of admiration, 'Wow! How cool!'

Siempre la misma respuesta. Siempre. ¿Realmente España es tan chula?

Always the same response. Every time. Is Spain really that awesome?

¿Vino tinto o río tinto? 🍷

El Río Tinto atraviesa las provincias de Sevilla y Huelva y tiene el mismo color que un buen vino por una alta concentración de minerales y metales pesados en sus aguas.

The Río Tinto crosses the provinces of Sevilla and Huelva and shares the same color as fine wine due to a high concentration of minerals and heavy metals in its waters.

Cuevas del Drach, Mallorca.

Puedes explorar estas cuevas en barca y recorrer uno de los lagos subterráneos más grandes del mundo. Además, en algunas barcas encontrarás músicos tocando instrumentos.

You can explore these caves by boat and traverse one of the largest underground lakes in the world. Moreover, on some boats, you'll find musicians playing instruments

Castillo de Zafra

España está llena de castillos. De hecho, la región más extensa de España se llama Castilla (que viene de ‘castillo’).

Spain is full of castles. In fact, the largest region in Spain is called Castilla (which comes from 'castle').

Los productores de la serie Juego de Tronos lo saben y muchos episodios se han grabado en castillos españoles.

The producers of the Game of Thrones series knew this, and many episodes were filmed in Spanish castles.

El Castillo de Zafra es muy pequeño, pero muy bonito. Además, le tengo especial cariño porque mi abuela nació muy cerca. En la serie, en esta torre nace on Snow (que no se parece en nada a mi abuela… ).

The Castillo de Zafra is very small but quite beautiful. Besides, I have a special affection for it because my grandmother was born nearby. In the series, Jon Snow is born in this tower (who bears no resemblance to my grandmother at all...).
